			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Outland Energy Services is looking for a SharePoint Administrator to join our team! The SharePoint Administrator is responsible for the administration and maintenance of the SharePoint application and managing the outsourced partner of the servers.  This person will be involved in a variety of activities centered on our internal “Hub” which is a Microsoft SharePoint application for internal employee and external customer communications.  Other responsibilities include processing the requests for hardware and managing the software licenses.</p>
<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Creating and customizing new lists, libraries, pages, subsites, photo libraries, webparts, etc<strong></strong></li>
<li>Architecting new and existing sites<strong></strong></li>
<li>Ownership of all site permissions throughout the entire Site Collection<strong></strong></li>
<li>Ownership of the “Hub Support” User and Email Account<strong></strong></li>
<li>Creating, customizing and maintaining multiple Microsoft InfoPath forms (data collection, requests processing, etc)</li>
<li>Using Microsoft SharePoint Designer in creating customized workflows for a variety of items within SharePoint (document libraries, lists, InfoPath forms)</li>
<li>Assisting in creating and maintaining data warehouse</li>
<li>Processing all requests for unmanaged and managed computers</li>
<li>Management of all software licenses including: MS Office, Symantec Anti-Virus, and Operating Systems</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Positive, customer friendly attitude</li>
<li>The ability to maintain a high level of safety awareness at all times</li>
<li>College diploma or University degree in the field of computer science and/or 2 years equivalent work experience</li>
<li>Proven Experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2007 or 2010 administration</li>
<li>Good interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate actively and proactively with others.</li>
<li>Ability to travel as needed.</li>
