• Assist with the implementation and standardization of EHS programs, policies, standards and safe practices
• Assist in conducting Technician Orientation Sessions
• Ensuring all employees are in full compliance with Outland, worksite, local, state, and federal EHS requirements
• Aid and guide all field staff regarding Outland’s EHS requirements
• Recognize specific hazards and the implementation of corrective actions
• Administer the safety incentive program
• Assist with timely and accurate reporting of key performance indicators
• Provide a visible presence at all Outland job sites

• Proven wind turbine technical skills
• Knowledge of EHS local, state and federal requirements
• Absolute commitment to upholding all EHS standards
• Strong oral and written communications skills
• Ability and desire to teach and train
• Ability to travel more than 50% of the time and without advance notice as needed.
