• Experience leading and developing employee's with emphasis on safety, team building and quality awareness
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate, schedule and manage wind farm maintenance activities
• 2+ years working in an O&M capacity at a wind project
• Able to climb on a regular basis
• Able to travel to other parts of the country as needed
• Capable of working overtime and on a rotating 'on-call' schedule
• Proficient in the use of computer and Microsoft Office software
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong organization skills
• 2 year technical degree
• Valid drivers license
