Outland Hires Environmental, Health and Safety Manager Outland Renewable Energy, LLC announced today that it has hired Todd Erickson as its Environmental, Health and Safety Manager. Erickson will lead the continued development and implementation of all company wide environmental, health and safety initiatives. Steve Scott, Chief Operations Officer for Outland states, "We feel very fortunate to have an individual of Todd's caliber on the Outland Team. His core values and commitment to safety are consistent with those of our existing management team." Scott added, "Todd's military and professional experiences make him the ideal person to lead the EHS group here at Outland. Erickson commented, "I'm very excited to be joining Outland. The company is focused, disciplined and experiencing solid growth. Furthermore, Outland is clearly committe to being the safest service provider in the renewable sector. It's simply a good fit for my family and I." After graduating from high school in Casselton, North Dakota, Todd joined the US Marines where he was an infantryman until he was honorably discharged after being injured in Beirut, Lebanon. His entire professional career has been in the areas of fire fighting, fire and arson investigation, safety management and education. Todd has a degree in Industrial Technology with an emphasis in Workplace Safety. He and his wife Susan have two children and presently reside in Mankato, Minnesota. |
