HARDING JOINS OUTLAND
April 8, 2008 - Canby, Minnesota

Outland Renewable Energy, LLC (Outland) announced today the appointment of Jeff Harding to the position of operations coordinator for the company's high growth field service division.  Harding will work closely with Outland's director of operations and provide leadership in the areas of software integration, asset management, job costing and logistics.

Jeremy Krug, director of operations for Outland states, "Jeff is another example of the value of being based in the community of Canby, Minnesota.  He's local, educated, hard working and willing to do whatever it takes to support our growing organization.  Jeff has jumped head first into our operations and is having a noticable impact on our organization!"

Prior to joining Outland, Jeff was with Schwan's and has a background in finance and banking.
