Steve Scott Chief Operating Officer As Outland's first employee, Steve Scott leads a number of the company's strategic initiatives and day to day operations. Upon joining Outland, he established Outland's field service group which provides construction, commissioning and maintenance support to wind projects throughout the United States. Prior to joining Outland, Steve was a partner in a South Dakota based wind service company. After earning a degree in business administration from Augustana College in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Scott spent eight years with privately held Schwans and four years with publicly traded C.H. Robinson, Inc. Steve is also a federally licensed private pilot and a licensed real estate agent. |

Jeff Buelow Chief Financial Officer Mr. Buelow started his new role with Outland in the spring of 2008. Prior to joining Outland, Jeff worked with ALLCO New York from 2002-2008. His role at ALLCO included work on several infrastructure financing projects. He also provided internal accounting services and pursued investment opportunities as directed by the firm. Prior to joining ALLCO, Jeff operated his own business development firm from 1998-2002. Jeff assisted clients with development of financial proposals, financial models and information systems. Clients included a variety of private and public companies, including US Bank, N.A., the 6th largest domestic bank in the US. From 1990-1997, Jeff served as the CFO/Controller of Chandler Exhibits, an exhibit services company which provided advertising, marketing, design and display construction to Andersen Windows. From 1985 to 1990, Jeff was an auditor with KPMG in the Minneapolis, MN office. |

Ingrid Bjorklund Vice President of Governmental Affairs & Associate General Counsel Ingrid Bjorklund comes to Outland from Lindquist & Vennum, P.L.L.P. where she practiced energy law and lobbied on energy-related issues. Her work included representing ethanol and biodiesel developers, electric utilities, and wind developers. In addition, Ingrid has more than a decade of government relations experience, which includes lobbying on major issues such as the renewable energy standard, greenhouse gas regulations, eminent domain, and streamlining the regulatory process for new transmission lines. Ingrid holds a J.D. from the William Mitchell College of Law, an M.A. in Public Policy from the George Washington University, and a B.A. in International Relations from the College of St. Catherine. |
